About Me

A Bit About My Journey

Hi, I'm Isaac. I am an ADHD coach, a qualified teacher and an FA qualified football coach. My Neurodiversity journey started quite late, I was diagnosed with ADHD as well as Dyslexia as an adult. This late discovery of my neurodivergence opened up a whole new chapter in my life and led me to explore the incredible potential that often lies hidden behind the unique challenges of being neurodivergent.
I worked as a retail manager for over 20 years and managed some really amazing brands, such as Nike, T.M Lewin, Gap, Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren, where I coached and mentored many staff members at different levels of their career, supervisors, Assistant Managers and Store Managers alike. Due to this experience, I have developed many invaluable and transferable skills, and a passion for supporting others.
In 2019, after many years of deliberation and procrastination, I retrained as a teacher. By my fourth year as a qualified teacher, I had attained the role of head of house for key stage 3 for the school in which I worked. I now additionally hold a role as a Curriculum Innovator within my current school, supporting teachers with strategies to better support students with SEND.
I am passionate about helping adults, parents/carers and children, whether they have been diagnosed or are still undiagnosed, to navigate the unique journey of living with neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD and dyslexia.
As a proud father of five amazing children, two of whom are neurodivergent, I believe it is vital also to support parents/carers and partners and understand the importance of providing a nurturing, understanding, and supportive environment for children and young people struggling with finding the strategies to help them overcome their challenges at school and at home.
I will work with you and your child to build, confidence, self-esteem, and create strategies to lead a fulfilling life.
I look forward to working with you and your child on your unique neuro-inclusion journey, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and success.
Isaac
